Refund Policy
All the candidates who made inquiries on our website and purchased any course from us should go through our refund policy. Every online user who buys training courses from www.javabykiran.com must adhere to our privacy policy, terms of use, and refund policy.
Below are the conditions and refund policies as follow:
For self-placed learning experience: no refunds will be entertained, and all purchases of course, corporate training, and personal training will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable by any means.
For instructor-led online training: no refunds will be entertained for the purchase of any online course training/program.
For classroom training: no refund will be made in any circumstances, and all the payments once done will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable by any means.
Java by Kiran Institute has 100% right to postpone or cancel any proposed events, or suddenly change the location of training/ classroom / online mode of training under some unexpected calamities like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.
Java by Kiran Institute understands and believes in humanity and is very kind to everyone hence if any paid event gets canceled then a 100% refund will be paid to the candidate via cash / online transaction within 10 – 15 working days or less than that.
We do understand obstacles or bad situations may come to anyone’s life hence we also commit to a refund of possible course fees amount if any of our candidates went to an extremely bad situation (un-expected death, fully paralyzed due to a major accident) only during the course training program duration, in such situation possible refund amount will be refunded to aspirant’s family only (applicable only if full fees paid by that candidate to the institute)
Duplicate fees payment policy:
In case any candidate or online user made a duplicate payment then we will promise to process that duplicate payment entry via the same mode in the candidate’s bank account within 10 – 15 working days
Point of care: all the refund related enquires will be processed within 10 – 15 working days from the date of the refund complaint raised by the candidate/ end user
