AI / ML Engineer

Job Description

• Develop AI/ML applications as per project requirements and business goals.
• Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools or extend existing libraries/frameworks as needed.
• Train ML models and/or fine-tune on custom data.
• Work with the team on the functional design, process, prototyping, and testing of AI/ML solutions.
• Take ownership and drive results in an agile environment.
• Knowledge with deep learning - NLP, Speech or Computer Vision.
• Knowledge with ML frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Knowledge developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge writing robust code in Python with best practices.
• Knowledge in REST API development, and high performance implementations.
• Knowledge working with cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge of basic algorithms and object-oriented design principles.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and DB schema design.
• Knowledge of coding standards and git workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
