Technical Support Executive (SQL/MySQL)

Job Description

• Good knowledge of MySQL is required.
• Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues related to SQL and MySQL databases. 
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction. 
• Database Maintenance: Monitor and maintain database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required. Expertia 
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and other pertinent information to build a knowledge base for future reference. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development and IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions. 
• Training: Provide training and support to clients on best practices for database management and usage.
