Python Developer (Computer Vision Focus)

Job Description

• Develop and optimize object detection algorithms using modern frameworks
• Implement image preprocessing, augmentation, and feature extraction techniques
• Train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for object recognition
• Work with deep learning architectures for computer vision tasks
• Process and analyze image/video data for object detection applications
• Implement real-time object detection systems
• Optimize models for performance and accuracy
• Create data pipelines for image dataset preparation
• Design and implement object detection models for various applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for image processing tasks
• Collaborate with team members on computer vision project requirements
• Troubleshoot and debug image processing applications
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Work with image datasets, databases, and APIs for data management
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Requirements Must Have:
• Strong understanding of Python and computer vision ecosystems
• Experience with OpenCV, PIL/Pillow, and image processing libraries
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
• Experience with object detection models (YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs for model serving
• Good problem-solving skills in computer vision context
