Software Testing / QA Intern

Job Description

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans from product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, backend, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Test authentication, database workflows, reservations, inventory, kitchen, workforce, notifications, integrations, and AI features.
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, edge-case, negative, and failure-scenario testing.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track bugs and technical issues.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing.
• Conduct MVP and live pilot testing and support release validation.
• Maintain QA documentation, test results, and regression suites.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
