AI / ML Intern — Product AI & R&D Intern

Job Description

• Research practical AI/ML applications for restaurant operations.
• Develop AI/ML prototypes, POCs, and proof-of-concepts.
• Work with structured and unstructured operational data.
• Develop forecasting, prediction, and anomaly detection models.
• Build AI-assisted decision-support and workflow automation features.
• Experiment with LLM-based product capabilities and natural-language analytics.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, and business impact.
• Integrate AI/ML services with backend APIs.
• Work with Data/R&D to define data requirements and with Product to convert operational problems into AI opportunities.
• Document experiments, results, models, and technical decisions.
