Job Description

• Responsibilities: 
• Collaborate with customers and employees to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues. 
• Maintain detailed records of queries and resolutions for future reference. 
• Update and manage self-help documents to empower users with troubleshooting solutions. 
• Provide clear and accurate guidance to clients through problems. 
• identification and resolution steps. 
• Visit client locations (as required) to resolve software-related issues in person. 
• Key Skills: 
• Manual Testing (Hands-on experience preferred, even during academics or projects) 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently 
• Basic understanding of software development and testing lifecycle
