Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables.
- Support implementation and provide post-implementation assistance.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and web applications.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
