Full-Stack Developer (React & Node.js)

Job Description

• Strong experience in React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component development.

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, database design, and query optimization.

• Experience with JWT, OAuth, RBAC, API security, and audit trails.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Jest, React Testing Library, and code reviews.

• Understanding of OWASP, XSS, CSRF, encryption, and data privacy.

• Experience in performance optimization, debugging, production support, and deployments.

• Good to have: HRMS, payroll, attendance, PF, ESI, PT, and TDS compliance knowledge.

• Familiarity with PDF/Excel reports, dashboards, Docker, AWS/Azure, Redis, and CI/CD.

• Good to have: Next.js, GraphQL, WebSockets, microservices, and BullMQ.

• Ability to collaborate with HR, finance, QA, UI/UX, and product teams in an agile environment
