Job Description
- Provide daily on-site technical support for the RDD project at the ZP Office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software application, system access, and data entries.
- Assist ZP staff and field officers in using the software and resolving
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of computer systems, web-based software, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, data handling, and internet-based applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with government officials and office staff
- Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
