Technical support executives at Collector office / Implementation

Job Description

• We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide on-site technical assistance and implementation support for the UDD Project at the Collector Office. 
• The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of the software system.
• resolving user issues and acting as a coordination point between the client office and the development team.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily on-site technical support for the UDD project at the Collector Office
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, system access, and data entry
• Assist Collector Office staff and field officers in using the application effectively
• Coordinate with the Softmate Systems LLP backend/development team for bug reporting, issue escalation, and fixes
• Maintain support logs, including issues reported, actions taken, and resolutions
• Ensure timely software updates, configurations, and deployments as instructed
• Conduct user training and guidance sessions on system usage and new features
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per client expectations, government protocols, and project timelines
• Support during reviews, inspections, and important UDD-related meetings if required
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of computer systems, web-based software, and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, data handling, and internet-based applications
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with government officials and office staff
• Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently at the client site with discipline and professionalism
• Basic understanding of government processes or e-Governance systems (preferred)
