Job Description
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (queries, data validation, troubleshooting)
- Understanding of computer fundamentals (hardware & software)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS / applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a support environment
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems (preferred, not mandatory)
- Post-Internship Opportunity-Candidates who successfully complete the internship and perform well will be offered a full-time Technical Support role
