Support and Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

• Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries related to product-related issues at sites.
• Providing customized reports to the client as per the requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software products.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Create comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Execute test cases and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their testing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in the testing process and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
