Job Description

• Set up and troubleshoot basic hardware, operating systems, networks, and printer configurations.
• Provide on-the-spot technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
• Guide clients through technical processes and provide training if needed.
• Maintain technical documentation, support logs, and implementation reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Basic understanding of database or SQL.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with hardware setup, operating systems (Windows/Linux),
• LAN networking, printer, and POS device configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
• Comfortable with fieldworkand interacting with clients face-to-face.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
