Job Description
• Acquire data from internal systems and external sources (websites, portals)
• Maintain and update structured databases
• Perform data curation, validation, sorting, and indexing
• Work on internal tools (Corporate Tree, Assignee Verification)
• Coordinate with Data Verification team
• Conduct online research and ensure data accuracy
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic to good knowledge of SQL / MySQL
• Understanding of patent data, intellectual property concepts, or prior exposure to
patent search (preferred)
• Strong internet research skills, especially for technical and patent databases
• Good communication skills in English
