Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate Fixed Bed Hexagon CMM using PC-DMIS.
- Perform dimensional & geometric inspections of precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and tolerances.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator and other measuring tools.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Identify deviations and support RCA for quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production & Engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Hexagon CMM and PC-DMIS.
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in conventional measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
