Job Description
- Determining the root cause of a technical issue, select and explain the best solution to the customer’s query.
- Handle incoming tickets / chats / calls / remotes.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Refer unresolved customer issues/grievances to the specially designated departments with the
- complete history for further investigation.
- Basic computer competency needed as mentioned below:
1) Installation of an application.
2) Uninstallation of an application.
3) Managing different browsers Generating application logs.
4) Familiar with the user interface for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices - Always adhere to the procedures and guidelines.
- Swift in dealing with changes in methods and policies.
- Assist with the placement of orders, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations, if any.
- Recommend improvements in the existing product and services by analyzing the custome contacts.
- Ability to pay attention to details and handle stress well.
- Should have an outgoing and positive demeanor while working with the team and dealing with customers.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be flexible working in the office and in rotational shifts.
- Customer service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional advantage.
